If you enjoyed getting free magazines on RBdigital, you can now get them on Libby.
I have been using RBdigital to get free magazines for about a year now. That is until I saw this message.
So I checked it out and yes there are now magazines on Libby. If your not familiar with Libby, check out the link below.
I did see on Libby most of the magazines I currently read with RBdidital. So I shouldn’t notice much of a change other than going to a different app.
I was glad to see Libby had the option to read in Article Mode. It can be hard to read articles, if not impossible, on a phone, tablet, or computer. Article Mode solves this by reformating the article and placing it in a vertical “scrolling” form. Just press the “READ THE ARTICLE” button.
But one feature I did not see. With RBdigital I was able to subscribe to a magazine. When the latest version of the magazine would come out, it would be checked out and ready for me.
This is not a deal-breaker for me though and I will gladly read magazines for free on Libby.
